Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the MerchandiZer (tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers below.
All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.


Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to residents of the state of Hawaii.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept MasterCard and Visa.


How much will my shipping charges be?

During the order process, the total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed.


What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.


What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.


What is your policy on Privacy?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the address below. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.


How do I track my order?

Go to the "Your Account" page and you will receive details about any outstanding or back orders, and their status.

How do I get Kimo to pay for shipping?

  1. Order 3 lbs. or more of our great coffee.
  2. Order whatever else you would like.
  3. Submit your order.
  4. Kimo will personally remove all shipping charges.
    (Shipping charges will appear on the order form,
    but will not be charged to your credit card.)
  5. Relax and enjoy your coffee!

Sorry! International Orders and Gift Sets are excluded.
